Super quick doodle of Erin

I’m redrawing the first five seasons of JD for publishing.

So, it looks like this is happening… I intended to redraw the comic just for the art, but the more I reread it, the more I’m going to change other little things like dialogue and stuff. The story lines will be the same and stuff, but hopefully the dialogue will flow better (if that makes sense?). If I actually finish this thing (I really hope), it will be familiar, but I think fresh enough to be like reading a new comic. Here’s a preview!

Just some doodles of concepts for a different style… It’s still obviously in a really rough stage. I really wanna do something more cartoony and get away from anything that reminds people of manga XD I’m not Japanese people! I don’t draws teh anime.

Still not really sure where I want to go with it yet… I’m not going to change anything about the comic as of yet, even though I used Al… And if a bunch of people are against it, I’ll keep drawing the comic the same. I don’t hate how I draw now, but I feel I can expand upon it, and I’d love to do something different in my personal art pieces :)
